10. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Kush, which is shipped from Charlotte, NC 28204 to any location in the USA has arrival shipment dates within 2 weeks of order. If Kush is on backorder, we will notify you of this within 48 hours and give you the estimated delivery date.
11. WARRANTY AND RETURNS: 60 days warranty against defects in materials on workmanship. This warranty extends only to the replacement clost of the item. While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Kush Co. you can exchange our merchandise within 30 days for the same item in a different size. If you have an exchange, no additional shipping charges will be incurred. Due to the intimate nature of our product and the hygienic standards to which we adhere, we regret it is not possible for us to accept returns. All Sales Final.
